Lance graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy in 2012. Lance was born and raised in Todd County, and he has worked at Weathers Drugs since graduating from Todd County Central High School in 2005. He has worked in all roles at the pharmacy; as a delivery driver, clerk, technician, pharmacy intern, pharmacist, and now, owner. Prior to transitioning to full-time at Weathers Drugs in 2017, he worked at Jennie Stuart Medical Center and Rite Aid Pharmacy. Lance and his wife, Kim, have owned the pharmacy since September 2018.

Shane graduated from Samford’s McWhorter School of Pharmacy in 2012. He began at Weathers Drugs in 2005 while attending high school at Todd County Central. He has worked here as delivery driver, clerk, technician, pharmacy intern and now as a licensed pharmacist. Shane has been a full-time pharmacist here since graduating in 2012.

Will graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy in 1981. Will has worked part time at Riley’s Prescription Center and then Weathers Drugs for the last 38 years. He continues to work full-time at Jennie Stuart Medical Center. Will serves on the Todd County Health Board, and volunteers coaching basketball in the community.

Kim graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Nursing in 2009. Prior to joining Lance at the pharmacy, Kim was a nurse at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital for 9 years. She is now a full-time mom to their two daughters, but Kim will be helping around the pharmacy, in any role she is needed.
